Preferences, choices, and notes you enter into the birth plan builder.
Pro Mode data:
Client information, visit notes, contracts, and invoices you create as a doula or midwife.
Usage data:
How you interact with the app, including pages visited, features used, and session duration.
Device information:
Device type, operating system, and app version for troubleshooting and optimization.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and improve our services, process subscriptions, send transactional communications (account confirmation, subscription receipts, renewal notices), respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Subscription Information
If you subscribe to True Joy Pro, we collect and process your subscription status, payment method details (processed securely through Apple App Store or Google Play), and transaction history. We do not store your full payment card number on our servers. Subscription payments and refunds are managed by Apple or Google through your device's account settings.
True Joy Pro pricing: $29.99/month or $274.99/year (annual saves $85.89). New subscribers receive a 14-day free trial. Subscriptions auto-renew. Cancel anytime in your device's subscription settings.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
- ● Apple / Google: Payment processing, subscription management, and app delivery.
- ● Stripe: Payment processing for Pro subscriptions and consults (if applicable).
- ● Analytics tools (GA4): Aggregated, anonymized usage patterns. No personally identifiable information is shared.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Anonymized usage data may be retained indefinitely for analytics.
