2. No Provider-Patient Relationship

Using the Services does not create a provider-patient relationship, clinical relationship, or any other form of professional healthcare relationship between you and True Joy Birthing, Agentic Trust, or any of our contributors, employees, or affiliates. No such relationship is established by reading our content, using our birth plan builder, or attending a birth plan confidence session.

5. Birth Plans Are Not Medical Orders

A birth plan created using our tools is a communication tool, not a medical order or clinical protocol. Your healthcare team — including your OB-GYN, midwife, nurses, and other providers — may need to deviate from your birth plan based on their clinical judgment and the specific circumstances of your labor and delivery. Medical decisions during labor and delivery are made by your licensed healthcare providers based on real-time clinical conditions. Always discuss your birth plan with your provider well before your due date so they can review it, provide feedback, and help you understand what to expect.

6. No Guarantees

Every birth is unique. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes, results, or experiences based on using our tools, following any birth plan, or attending a birth plan confidence session. Birth outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control, including your individual health, your baby's health, your medical history, the decisions of your healthcare providers, and circumstances that arise during labor and delivery. No content or tool provided by True Joy Birthing should be understood as a promise, warranty, or guarantee of any particular result.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither Agentic Trust, True Joy Birthing, nor any of their officers, directors, employees, contributors, contractors, or affiliates shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, income, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services, reliance on any information provided, or any decisions made based on the Services.

In no event shall our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Services exceed the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. If you have not paid us anything for the Services in the prior twelve months, our total aggregate liability shall be limited to one hundred dollars ($100).

8. Ambassador and Doula Listings

Our website may feature ambassadors and doulas through our Ambassador Program. These listings are informational only and do not constitute referrals, endorsements, or medical recommendations. True Joy Birthing does not vet, endorse, or guarantee the qualifications of any listed ambassador or doula. You must independently evaluate any provider before engaging their services. True Joy Birthing is not responsible for the care or advice provided by listed ambassadors or doulas.
